This PR make it so that the rosetta container is assigned a free port in rosetta-connectivity test.
It seems now I still can't run 2 rosetta test in parallel -- they died when both trying to accesss pgsql DB. It's unclear why it's clashing because they're accessing DBs inside the container. Need to check why.
EDIT: another attempt I can actually have 2 rosetta tests running in parallel, no idea why there's a broke attempt.
